Keep in mind that if you fail a CMA Exam Part, you must re-pay the exam fee in order to schedule your retake.
To become eligible for the CMA program, you must:
- Be a member of the IMA
- Have a bachelor's degree or an IMA-approved credential
- Complete two years of full-time, relevant experience in financial or management accounting
Once you're accepted into the CMA program and pass the CMA Exam, you have seven years to submit your education and experience qualifications to complete CMA certification.
