Becker Promise Policy
We designed our rigorous coaching system and exam review packages to give you the right tools to prepare you, mentally and emotionally, for the big exam. The Becker exam day advantage is our comprehensive study and coaching system that combines powerful practice tools with expert instructors to promote focused preparation every step of the way. We’re confident that you’ll feel prepared come exam day, but what happens if you don’t pass on your first try?
Becker CPA Exam Review Promise Policy eligibility requirements
To be eligible for the Becker Promise, students must meet the following requirements for each section of the CPA course for which you want to exercise the Becker Promise:
- Correctly complete 90% of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and task-based simulation (TBSs)
- Complete at least one Simulated Exam with a score of at least 50% correct
- Provide a CPA Exam score report showing that you sat for the respective section of the exam and failed during your 24-month Becker license period. For example, to earn the Becker Promise for FAR, you must provide a score report showing that you failed the FAR exam during your 24-month Becker course license period. You must submit the score report(s) showing the failed exam section(s) within 90 days after course expiration.
Redeeming the Becker Promise Policy
Once you’ve met the Becker CPA Promise Policy eligibility requirements, you’ll need to contact us to redeem your extension. Please submit your completed CPA Exam score report via email to beckerpromise@becker.com. You do not need to provide proof of course content completion. This will be automatically captured via the course platform.
After completing the steps above, we’ll give you a 3-month extension for every CPA Exam part for which you have earned the Becker Promise - FOR FREE. The Becker CPA Exam Review Promise Policy can be earned only once for each section of the CPA course.
If you need an additional extension beyond the 3-month period earned with the Becker Promise or are not eligible for the Becker Promise, you can select one of the following options:
- Purchase an upgrade to another CPA Exam Review package to receive unlimited access to all sections of the course. By upgrading you will also receive one free tutoring session, or
- Purchase an additional 3-month extension for a single section of the course.
An upgrade or 3-month extension purchase must be completed within 90 days after course expiration.
Becker CMA Exam Review Promise Policy eligibility requirements
To be eligible for the Becker Promise Policy, students must meet the following requirements for each part of the CMA course for which you want to exercise the Becker Promise:
- Correctly complete 90% of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) & essays
- Complete at least one Simulated Exam with a score of at least 50% correct
- Provide a CMA Exam score report showing that you sat for the respective part of the exam & failed. For example, to earn the Becker Promise for Part 1, you must provide a score report showing that you failed the Part 1 exam during your 24-month Becker course license period. You must submit the score report(s) showing the failed exam part(s) within 90 days after course expiration.

If you need additional access beyond the 3-month period under the Becker promise or are not eligible for the Becker Promise, you can select one of the following options:
- Purchase an upgrade to the Pro Package to receive unlimited access to both parts of the course, or
- Purchase an additional 3-month extension for any individual part of the course.
An upgrade or 3-month extension purchase must be completed within 90 days after course expiration.
Becker EA Exam Review Promise Policy eligibility requirements
To be eligible for the Becker Promise Policy, you must meet the following requirements for each section of the EA course for which you want to exercise the Becker Promise:
- Correctly complete 90% of the multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
- Complete at least one Simulated Exam with a score of at least 50% correct
- Provide a Special Enrollment Exam score report showing that you sat for the respective section of the exam and failed during your 12-month Becker license period. For example, to earn the Becker Promise for Part 1, you must provide a score report showing that you failed Part 1 of the exam during your 12-month Becker license period. You must submit the score report(s) showing the failed section(s) within 30 days after course expiration.
Redeeming the Becker Promise Policy
Once you’ve met the Becker EA Promise eligibility requirements, you’ll need to contact us to redeem your extension. Please submit your completed Special Enrollment Exam score report via email to beckerpromise@becker.com. You do not need to provide proof of course content completion. This will be automatically captured via the course platform.
After completing the steps above, Becker will provide you a free 3-month extension for each part of the EA Exam Review course for which you have earned the Becker Promise. The Becker EA Exam Review Promise can be earned only once for each part of the EA course.
If you need an additional extension beyond the 3 months provided with the Becker Promise, or are not eligible for the Becker Promise, you may select one of the following:
- Upgrade to the Pro package for $300 to receive unlimited access to all three parts of the course, or
- Purchase an additional 3-month extension for $99 per individual part of the course you need access to
An upgrade or 3-month extension purchase must be completed within 30 days after course expiration.
