Krys Moskal Amdurer is a managing partner at the Southwest Center for Organization Effectiveness (SWCOE), where we consult with leaders and their teams. We provide custom designed programs on optimizing team performance, effective meetings, problem solving and decision making. Krys worked as a senior executive for learning and career development in Pearson, Warner Lambert (now Pfizer) and Johnson &Johnson. She installed talent development teams internationally, provided learning and coaching resources, implemented learning management systems, and created just-in-time programs. For 15 years, through her consulting company, Krys provided a wide range of services to Fortune 500 companies, specializing in programs addressing performance management, candidate selections, succession planning, leadership, talent management, change management, innovation and teamwork. Clients included Johnson & Johnson, Simon & Schuster, Bristol-Myers-Squibb, Readers’ Digest, Dun & Bradstreet, Reuters, American Express, and Sealand (Maersk). Krys has a Doctorate and Master’s degrees from Rutgers University.
